BLUE LILY BUNGALOW

Inspired by the array of native blue lilies of Australia, Blue Lily Bungalow is a unique, mountains yurt-style bungalow, with modern and stylish furnishings and all the usual mod-cons. Enjoy the choice of ambient outdoor areas for entertaining and relaxing, with twin decking and a lawned backyard. Comprises a newly renovated modern black-and-white themed kitchen with trendy subway tiling splashbacks, a breakfast bar and stools, and new appliances including a Nespresso-compatible coffee pod machine. Off the kitchen flows onto the airy open-style combined dining and living areas with a combustion log fireplace and reverse cycle air-conditioning for heating and cooling. The large lounge space has a uniquely featured hexagonal ceiling design and is great for enjoying a big dinner and having a rest by the fire after a day hiking or exploring the Blue Mountains. Also included is a fresh new laundry with a washing machine and dryer and has an original bathroom with shower over bath and a second separate toilet. Blue Lily Bungalow is a stylish, simple, modern, and comfortable stay, perfect for a couple looking for more space or a family looking for a quintessential mountains holiday break. This home is located in a quiet residential area and is a delightful peaceful retreat.

This property is located in a quiet residential area and is NOT suitable for parties or disruptive loud group gatherings.

PETS
Pets are payable at $25 per pet/per night and are paid in addition to the reservation cost after you have booked.
Please advise if you are bringing pets and a payment request will be sent after you have booked.
Please ensure that you have paid for your pets if you would like to bring them. Pets are strictly prohibited on furniture, beds, linen, and blankets.
Please bring your pet's own bedding to rest on, food and drink bowls, and pet poo bags.
Ensure all pet business is cleaned up and disposed of upon departure.
Please ensure your pets are well-behaved and cause no damage to the house, furniture or garden, and do not disturb the neighbours.
Fines are applicable if these terms and conditions are breached.

FIREWOOD SEASON
1st April - 30th September
A starter pack of firewood, kindling, firefighters, and matches is provided during firewood season for your first night.
Further firewood and firelighters can be purchased at the local petrol stations.

9PM OUTDOOR NOISE RESTRICTION CURFEW
Due to the close proximity of neighbours near to the property, there is a strict noise restriction curfew from 9pm - 8am in all outside areas.
Please ensure you are super quiet when outside during this time.

IN-HOUSE GUESTS ONLY
Please note that this property is not available to hold lunches and dinners, or any other gatherings for people who are not booked to stay at the property.
The property is only for use by paid in-house guests that match the number of guests that are on the reservation.

NO PARTY OR NOISE DISRUPTION POLICY
Please note that this property has a very strict no-party and no-noise disruption policy. Under no circumstances is this a party house or venue.
The neighbours are in very close proximity as it is a very quiet and peaceful residential area.
Please note there will be an immediate eviction without a refund if there is a breach of our terms conditions.

FEES
Base Tariff includes 3 people and extra guests are charged an extra fee per person, per night.
Pet Fees are applicable and are applied separately and in addition to the online booking total.
Pets are $25 per pet, per night.

PAYMENT POLICY
Bookings are only confirmed once a minimum deposit of 50% is paid 30 days or greater to the arrival booking date.
The balance payment plus the refundable security bond are due 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Full payment plus the refundable security bond are required when booked less than 30 days to the arrival booking date.
Please note that all payments processed by Accommodated are subject to a 2.9% payment gateway transaction fee.
Payments will appear as *SEC ACCOMMODATED BYRON BAY/LENNOX HEAD NSW* on your bank statement.
By making payment/s for your booking it is deemed you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
Bond refunds are processed 7 days after check-out and may take 5-10 days to appear in your bank account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations 60 days or greater to the arrival date, incur a $5.00 non-refundable channel manager fee.
Cancellations 30 - 59 days to the arrival date will forfeit 50% of the full tariff.
Cancellations within 30 days to the arrival date will forfeit 100% of the full tariff.
If the person who booked is prohibited by law to travel due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to a year in advance, with one free date change.
Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of any events, functions, booked activities, or any other changed circumstances guests may experience and as such any cancellations due to the above mentioned issues, will be governed by our cancellation policy.
