The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar, and the adjoining dining area provides plenty of room for family meals. A convenient ¾ bathroom is also located on the main level.

Upstairs, you’ll find an open loft with a full-size bed and an A/C unit for your comfort. The lower level features three bedrooms: one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with a twin and two full beds, along with a full bathroom.

Guests enjoy 1 complimentary pass to the Waterville Estates Recreation Center, with additional passes available for a daily fee. The center offers basketball, tennis, and volleyball courts, a playground, an outdoor heated pool, and a hot tub. The Estates’ pond features a sandy beach, swim platform, and paddle boat rentals in summer, plus ice skating in winter. You’ll also find walking and cross-country ski trails throughout the community.

During the winter months, head to Campton Mountain, which offers weekend and night skiing, a chairlift and tow rope, and a welcoming lodge with food and drinks — great for family fun! Free Wi-Fi is available at the Recreation Center.
