The property and views were outstanding. Everything was as advertised and had a great time! The only recommendation I would have would be to include a large sectional couch in the game room area instead of the table and 4 chairs. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

We had a great time and everyone enjoyed all the property had to offer. Pool was a big hit with the younger kids. Everything was clean and all the bedrooms and bathrooms were excellent. Would recommend for a large group family vacation.

This was our second time at this location and once again it was amazing! The layout makes it perfect for groups of couples or friends with the 9 king beds with ensuite bathrooms, and the house is so roomy that you can be social or find a quite nook to enjoy to yourself. The amenities are endless, several people never left the house, content to hang out in the pool, play games, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy the fire pit, while others went Zorbing or on moonshine runs. Very clean and well appointed. Great time, we will definitely be back!

The view and the set up of the cabin was perfect for our family vacation. The game room, pool, movie room and hot tubs were such great options for everyone. Highly recommend for anyone with a large family.

Great view of downtown Gatlinburg. Excellent for large or multi-family stays. Great floor plan to allow for both privacy and shared/group time. Very well furnished and supplied with everything needed for our stay. Very narrow roads with steep drop offs getting to and from the property - have to be very careful. Heavy traffic caused significant delays getting to and from the property - caused mainly by the public parking deck at the foot of the hill.There were several areas and items needing some maintenance and repairs. One of the beds upstairs, the toilet in that bedroom, a plug in the game room, a few boards on the back deck, the faux rock around the fire pit.

Very nice cabin in great location overlooking strip. Super clean and had all the amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub and game room. Would definitely stay again!

For the price, amenities were slim (ie things we had to bring to stay such as aluminum foil and Kleenex). Very difficult as far as handicap accessibility, especially bathroom with very low toilets and nothing to hold onto - just one with that ability would have been great. Location for access to activities was great. Fans in outdoor spaces )for example lower lever outdoor space) would be a great addition. Great to have all bedrooms with a bath and the nursery was exceptional.
