Drive into the family-friendly resort of Waterville Valley and enter this nicely updated two-bedroom condo next to the Town Square.  Here you'll find wood flooring throughout.  Living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.  2 bedrooms with 1.5 baths.  Perfect for families!  Ski Shuttle to Waterville Ski area in the winter where you can take lessons, rent equipment, and enjoy the 6-person bubble chair!  Winter also brings several cross-country trails that you can walk to!  Snow tubing and plenty of snowshoeing exploration.

In the summer, walk to the town square to enjoy shopping and food!  Plenty of activities for the entire family to enjoy!  Year-round ice-skating, Corcoran's pond with boat rentals and beach, fireworks some nights, skate park and more!  Drive to the scenic 9-hole golf course or the clay tennis courts- lessons available!

Dogs are welcome with the owner's approval and an additional fee. Please use the full-size sheet provided to put on the couch. No cats. Age min. of 24 for all adult groups.

Nice little place. Very close to town square.

Cozy place. The condo was clean and well maintained. They had a nice assortment of board games. The unit is a very short walk to the town square. I'd stay here again.

Had a great stay! This condo is in the perfect location. We love spending our days in Town Square. The unit itself could use a little love, but it didn't bother us. Towels and linens were clean. The kitchen was clean. Great living/dining room set up. We brought our puppy's crate, which fit nicely in the dining area.

Rundown rental

The location is convenient to Waterville, master bed was comfortable, tv in main room and master was appreciated. Otherwise the place is totally run down. Fireplace has been broken and labeled with peeling duct-tape “fire hazard” since 2018. Linens, comforters, pillows, bunk bed… it’s all tired and everything needs to be replaced. The master bathroom has wallpaper that is all peeling off the walls and the half bath is almost unusable. The condo is best suited for “who cares it’s just a place to sleep” type people. I’d never rent this again.

We enjoyed our stay so much we plan to return in the future for possible summer hikes and activities. The location was convenient to the ski mountain, quaint square and exposure to the white mountains area less traveled on our part. The updates here were a work in progress and as property owners on the complete opposite of the Kangamangus we can appreciate the time and effort going into the upkeep. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return. We had a slip up on the VRBO side of renting the property but it ended up being seamless of a rental experience. For future rentals I’d skip the online rental apps and go directly with all mountain rentals. The direct communication was appreciated and I felt the attention given was above and beyond other rentals we’ve had in the past throughout New England.

This rental was perfect for our family of 4, plus a dog.

This rental was perfect for our family of 4, plus a dog. It's clean and mostly updated, which made it very comfortable. Having a (ground level) back slider was very convenient for bringing the dog out. This unit is located steps away from the village which was amazing. We skied 2 days at Waterville Valley, which is about a 5 minute drive up the mountain. Super convenient to drive back and forth for lunch, especially if you ski during weekdays, which we did. You can get off the mountain, eat at condo, use the bathroom and back on the slopes within 45 mins to an hour. You can also catch the shuttle just outside the complex if you prefer not to drive. The team was very helpful in booking the trip as we had to reschedule our initial trip/booking. They followed up with us after booking to be sure we had all the necessary info for our trip and even offered discount ski tickets. We had a small issue with the WiFi, but they resolved it almost immediately.

Perfect for our family of 5. Kid room with a bunk and trundle, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Very close to village center. Shuttle to mountain. Great spot for us! Very helpful and friendly!
