Early Check-in Requests

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.



Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

This rental is an ideal choice for baseball fans, as it is located in the heart of spring training season and just a short drive from ASU games.



The rental is located just 10 minutes from Phoenix International Airport, making it easy to get to and from your destination. Once you arrive, you'll find a plethora of tourist activities to keep you entertained. The area is home to a variety of parks, including McDowell Sonoran Preserve, a vast desert landscape with more than 100 miles of trails for hiking and mountain biking. The preserve is just a 15-minute drive from the rental. If you're looking for even more outdoor adventures, the nearby Phoenix Mountains Preserve offers additional hiking and biking trails, as well as picnicking and rock climbing opportunities.



Golfers will be in heaven in Scottsdale, with more than 200 courses to choose from. Some popular options near the rental include TPC Scottsdale, a championship course just a 10-minute drive away, and Troon North Golf Club, a 20-minute drive from the rental. If you're feeling lucky, try your luck at one of the nearby casinos, including Talking Stick Resort and Casino Arizona, both within a 20-minute drive of the rental.

Getting Around:

We recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Scottsdale region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation. Due to the large population of the area, we recommend using the buddy system if walking or biking after dark.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.



AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

🔊 Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

🐶Dog Policy:

-This house is dog friendly, Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!

* Dogs are welcome for an additional fee ($75 per dog). 3 dogs max. All dogs must be approved before check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are Certified service animals. There are no charges for service animals.



📢 Type of Cooling for the Home

Central AC units are best kept at 68-72 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.
