Take a short stroll to the incredible 16th Beach & General store (best coffee). Enjoy amazing walks in the National Park. Go to the Hot Springs or go on a bike ride to Blairgowrie Village.

ABOUT OLIVE GROVE
Olive Grove is located in a quiet residential pocket of Rye back beach just off Canterbury Jetty Road and Tasman Drive.

You have full access to the entire property of 850m2. The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and open kitchen dining and living + laundry with everything need for washing and drying. A brand new ducted heating and cooling system throughout the home will ensure you are always comfy.

Each bedroom has storage for hanging and storing clothing and the two main bedrooms have full mirrors.

Kitchen and Bathroom have been updated with quality fixtures and smaller appliances (Dishwasher, Microwave, Nespresso, Sandwich press, Kettle and Toaster).

There is a spacious outdoor under cover living and entertainment area where you can eat relax play pool or watch the kids jumping in the trampoline.
Guests also have access to a huge garage with table tennis. There is room to park up to 4 cars on the premises.
