Welcome to "Good Day Sunshine"! This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located in the St. George Plantation Resort Village and features loads of living areas for your family to enjoy; a community pool and screened in decks with seating for your group. A short walk to the community boardwalk takes you to the beach. Located in a gated community Good Day Sunshine offers loads of amenities including community swimming pools, tennis courts, nature trails, bicycle paths, fitness center and clubhouse! The exterior offers under-house concrete parking and covered entry including an elevator, making unloading a breeze. Also enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower, a fish cleaning area and a park-style grill. An enclosed laundry room with a washer and dryer is located adjacent to the ground-level foyer. The first floor features hardwood floors in three living spaces and three dining areas in a loft-style, split-level floor plan. The upper-level living room offers a flat screen TV and stereo. Comfortable furnishings can be found in all three living spaces. The dining area features a high top table that seats 8. The kitchen is well stocked with stainless appliances and granite counters. A full bathroom is also on this floor. A split-level staircase leads to two additional open living spaces with a card table, queen sleeper sofa, and access to the covered, screened porch. The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed, access to the screened porch located on the second floor, en-suite bathroom with double vanity, stand up shower, and water closet. Directly across the hall is a second bedroom with queen bed and en-suite bathroom with standard shower/tub combo. A quick walk down the hallway leads to the remaining 2 bedrooms. One bedroom features a queen bed and access to the screened porch. The fourth bedroom features a day bed with trundle (2 single beds). The third and fourth bedrooms share a bathroom that features a standard shower/tub combo. DVDs, VCR, a stereo with surround sound, Xbox 360, and a few games are provided. A dog crate is provided for your 4 legged family members! The elevator accesses the foyer, first and second floors. It does not access the split-level.
