THINGS TO NOTE

The living room furniture has been changed (new photos coming) - includes sofa and loveseat.

Primary Renter: Must be 25 or older.

Noise and Parties: Enjoy your vacation with lots of laughter and fun, but no parties, events, performing artists, DJs, or bands are allowed at any time. Keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and be respectful of the neighbors at all times.

Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy for the condo (3) at any time.

Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will incur a $500 additional cleaning charge.

On the second Thursday of every month, the HOA has pest control come to treat the property.

Parking: There is one designated parking space. No trailers.

For your safety and security that is an exterior camera on the outside of the condo.

This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
