Great little house

This was a cozy little place for my daughter and I to stay while visiting family. It was very clean and very well organized! The hosts were kind, accommodating and quick to respond. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when in town.

Great Hosts!

Really peaceful and relaxing stay. Lori was very accomodating and you can tell that they are eager to go above and beyond from what would be expected in a vacation rental (hence the snacks 😊). The patio area is very nice for a cup of coffee, a glass of wine, or to take your laptop out to do a little work.

Great Hosts!

Really peaceful and relaxing stay. Lori goes out of her way to make sure that everything is great. Also, they left some snacks for us which was very handy for the long day of hiking that we had. Loved the patio area. Coffee and laptop in the early morning for the win!

Charming place

On average, staying in a VRBO is better than a commercial hotel. This was well above the average. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, private, and very secure. The host goes above and beyond providing water and soft drinks. In addition, it was in a good location, close to the center of town. If we ever come back to the area, this is where we will want to stay.

Great Little House

Imagine going to your favorite Aunt’s house. All the little items show the heartfelt and genuine desire to make you feel welcome. That’s what the Little House was like. The owners are extremely nice. They are close and easily accessible. The area was surprisingly quiet. Great for a nice getaway. Easy access to downtown Rogers, close shopping and Lake Atalanta. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

At first i was concerned with the size from the outside, but was amazed when i went inside how well everything fit! There were so many more extras that i kept finding from the snacks and spices to the recycling and garden. Such a great lit'l place for my get away.

The information regarding the property was accurate. The home was spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts were very gracious and shared information that was very helpful to us. Perfect Property

This was the perfect place for the two of us! We found everything we needed and so many thoughtful extra touches. It was exactly as described and pictured. We used the kitchen and found it well stocked. The location was close to everything we needed. The high-end snack basket and cold water bottles in the fridge were a special surprise and blessing the day we arrived - those things allowed us to relax after our journey without needing to go shopping right away. Everything was clean and in perfect working order.The hosts, Lori and George, are gracious and charming. They were very helpful and provided many personal touches. We’ve never had hosts that were so easy to communicate with: quickly responding to texts, anticipating our needs (like turning an outside light on for us when we returned after dark and had forgotten to turn our porch light on when we left - twice). We will definitely stay here again if we return to Rogers.

Great all around

The place was exactly what I was looking for. A cozy place where I could kick back and relax from a somewhat busy week long schedule. Cook a meal when I wanted or go out to a multitude of places to eat. Many evenings I simply sipped a cocktail and watched the full moon move across the sky. I can not say enough nice things about the hosts Lori & George. They were awesome and more than accommodating. I'm so used to being self sufficient at different facilities that Lori's text asking if I needed refills on anything to let her know, caught me off guard. The outdoor patio space was awesome I wish I would have used it more. Truly a place I would like to visit again.

Rogers tiny house

The tiny house was so much smaller than expected. The bed was quite worn and not comfortable. It was listed as a queen but felt more like a full. The “pullout” listed in the living space was an uncomfortable chair..we did not try it as a bed. The recliner which was a backup sleeping option was broken and would not open. There was a tv but we couldn’t get it to work. The bathroom was quite small which was ok. However, there was zero counter around the sink to put hygiene or hair essentials. The neighborhood was very old and run down. The traffic noise was loud the entire night. The owner was quite nice and there were snacks and a kitchen with ample appliances
including a small stove. There was no seating in which to eat, unless you ate outside . I would never stay there again, nor recommend to friends
