Hi There!

We’re Bobby and KoDee Browning, husband and wife for 10 years, Colorado natives and we’ve lived in Arkansas for 8 years now! The idea of an Airbnb peaked our interest on our honeymoon when we stayed in a small cabin in the mountains of Colorado, and it continued to come up as fun small talk over the years as we traveled and stayed in several fun homes. We had hosted a room out of our home for a few years with success, and knew that we would love to eventually have a full time place for an Airbnb. We had no clue it would get to be so soon! Truthfully, it was a dream that we thought would be much, much later in life. Yet it was often a conversation in our home, and even in our prayers that God would provide. We tossed the idea to a realtor friend to keep an eye out for, but truthfully the list of specifics felt impossible to find. However, this past June a listing popped up and after a quick rush to look at it, we knew it was the one!

So here we are a few months later, and it’s hard to believe it’s true! With much support from family and friends this small dream has come true. We can’t thank you all enough for your encouragement, hours of painting, cleaning, items donated, and prayers!

The list of ideas for this little cottage is long, and will take a while to accomplish. But we’ll slowly keep adding to it and making it such a fun and relaxing space to be in! We’re excited to meet people from all around and we pray it is also a place to encourage and uplift those who dwell in it!
