Little sunshine - relaxation in nature within 10 minutes of the mountain

Welcome to Little Sunshine : Our humble nature retreat.

First, a little word about what we offer. This 900 square foot 2, floor condo offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full size private bathrooms for extra privacy between you and your guests. It provides a renovated, functionnal kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher to save you the dish cleaning! We offer a normal drip coffee machine with unlimited ground coffee supply. Also included Tea, olive oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, salt and pepper.

In all the rooms and the living room, we offer free wifi (60mb/s) and TV with free cable. All are smart TV, they can be connected to your Amazon prime or Netflix membership to stream movies or access youtube. Cards and many board games are one site, have a look if you feel like trying one! All the rooms have Simmons Beautyrest mattress with Royale Plush pillow top and pocketed coils for better motion control. All the towels are new, large and comfortable. Moreover, each room have a private outdoor patio area. There is a Barbecue outside that you can use year long.

Equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days, the sunny living room is filled with windows so you can enjoy the soothing wooded outdoor view. Because the second floor was getting hot in the summer time, we also installed an extra heat pump to it (cold and hot air). It’s also fitted with a cozy hardwood fireplace to help recovery after a long day playing outside. The large couch can be opened into a bed. There is also a washer and dryer to use if you require to. Many locker/big wardrobe for ski or snowboard or other large equipment are available. 2 parking spot are included in front of the condo, there is an area 200 meters down the road for extra vehicles.

The condo is perfectly located at 10 minutes of anything you can think about. Mont-Tremblant is home to many family activities ranging between ski paradise to nature relaxation and everything in between. Perfect spot for nature loving people, things to do are endless : Skiing/snowboarding, cross-country skiing, downhill biking/biking on one of Quebec’s largest network of trails, hiking, golf, spa, motorcycling on countless roads with breathtaking views, visit to the casino, waterslides and much more. Located right next to Scandinavian spa and lac Ouimet access through the Grand Lodge hotel, rentals can be done there. The access to cross-country ski trail in 1 minute walk from condo.

Not only home to year round activities, Mont-Tremblant is bustling with annual events such as music festival (folk, blues and more), competition of all sorts (biking, bmx, ironman, marathon, skiing and more). Whether you are a sport junkie, motorized vehicle addict or just looking to relax and enjoy one of Quebec’s most iconic city, Mont-Tremblant has your fix and we will be happy to provide accommodation for you, your friends and family.
