Located in the Vilano Beach community, the home places you within a short walk of sandy paths and coastal breezes. Scenic surroundings include beach, ocean, and pool views that keep the connection to the water close at hand. Historic downtown St. Augustine is about 6 miles away, making it easy to explore local restaurants, shops, and landmarks before returning to a quieter coastal setting.

Outdoor living
The private pool offers a refreshing place to spend time between beach outings or restful afternoons at home. Pool heat is available upon advance request with an additional fee of $40/day. A balcony provides a comfortable vantage point to take in coastal light and gentle ocean air. Beach essentials are included, and free parking on premises for up to four vehicles adds everyday convenience.

Living spaces and entertainment
Inside, multiple levels give you room to gather or unwind. A dedicated entertainment area on the first floor features an HDTV with Roku, creating an easy space for movie nights or downtime. Wifi is available throughout, supporting both streaming and remote work. Central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans help maintain comfort year-round.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is set up for preparing meals at home, with a layout that connects naturally to the dining area. Whether starting the day with a simple breakfast or sharing an evening meal, the space allows everyone to stay connected without feeling crowded.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds. A bunk room includes two twin-over-full beds, while a guest room offers two double beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed with balcony access and ocean-facing views. A second bedroom includes a king bed, and another bedroom offers a queen bed overlooking a quiet nature preserve. Three bathrooms and a washer and dryer provide added convenience during your stay.

Comfort and peace of mind
The home includes smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide alarm, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth and flexible arrival. Please note that pets are not allowed.
