Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and seven beds. The ocean-facing master suite offers a memory foam king bed and its own private balcony with sea views. A second suite faces Castle Ott, while a queen bedroom overlooks the preserve and includes a flat-screen TV. On the lower level, a bunk room with twin-over-full beds and a guest room with two double beds provide flexibility for families and groups. Three full bathrooms, along with a washer and dryer, make extended stays comfortable.

Outdoor living
A private pool offers space to cool off or the option to heat it for year-round enjoyment. The wraparound balcony frames sweeping ocean views, where both sunrise and sunset can be savored. Beach essentials are provided so you can head straight to the shore, and a propane grill makes outdoor dining easy after a day in the sun.

The first-floor game room is designed for downtime and connection. A 75-inch HDTV with Roku (guests are expected to provide their own login credentials), Denon sound system, and LED lighting create a movie-night atmosphere, while foosball, board games, and toys add variety for all ages. A full-size refrigerator keeps drinks and snacks close at hand.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Cooking basics such as pots, pans, and spices are available, making meal preparation straightforward. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table inside or outdoors by the pool.

The home includes reliable Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, and clothing storage are provided. Guests have free parking for up to four vehicles and can check themselves in with a keypad. Safety features include a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
