The Space:
Crisp white interiors, plush furnishing and a mix of wooden floorboards and tiles throughout the home. 5 substantial bedrooms, kids play room, separate office, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate living areas make this home ideal for 10 guests, and there are endless opportunities to relax, work from home, spend time together, or unwind privately. Each room has a built-in robe, including a master bedroom with impressive ensuite and private access to the back deck. The home is perfectly poised for short-term family stays, or longer retreats, with a home office and fully-equipped kitchen to make whipping up a gourmet meal in no time a breeze.

Only a short 250-metre stroll down to the corner shop complex where you can buy groceries from MegaFresh SPAR, fresh baked goods from the bakery and a host of other shops including a bottle shop. A picturesque neighbourhood only a stone’s throw from all that Brisbane has to offer.
Getting Around:
The city is a 15-minute drive away (not incl. peak hour) with Uber or a Taxi being quick and cheap ways to get around although there is a bus stop right around the corner. Geographically 5km from Brisbane City, 7km from Southbank and South Brisbane.

- Please respect “no loud noises after 10pm”. This is non-negotiable, and this is not the home for anyone planning to drink throughout the night – We like our neighbours
