If your looking for somewhere that can comfortably accomodate a larger family or group you have found it! Brilliantly located it’s a short 100m walk to the beach & parks with cafes & the local brewery literally on your door step, a Foodworks is a 5 minute walk & local shopping centre a 5 minute drive. With a car, one can go further afield exploring more Sunshine Coast attractions.
The space
A timeless high set old school beach & surf house with hints of modern interiors & breezy, homely feels. With coastal vibes both indoors and outdoors, as soon as you walk up the front stairs you can feel the welcoming ocean breeze.

The large layout of this home is ideal with two completely seperate living areas. There is plenty of space for you to easily spread out or enjoy gathered intimate occasions or better yet, simply set the kids up out in the rear lounge area while you enjoy a drink on the front veranda.

An open plan home where a large kitchen centres the home, two full bathrooms equiped with essentials and nicely sized bedrooms featuring some cosy beds.

Moffat Beach is known as one of the best surf breaks on the Sunshine Coast, there is also a lake for the littlies/pups to have a paddle! Plenty of grassy areas to have a picnic or BBQ in the park & set up and watch the sunset (or sunrise for those early risers).

We really are located right in the heart of Moffat Beach with cafes & restaurants, fish & chip shops, ice cream shops & cute boutiques surrounding us.

All areas of house are accessible except a locked hallway cupboard.
Other things to note
• This property is NOT suited for parties or noisy gatherings of any type. Schoolies included.

• As stated we have two parking spaces available on site (street parking available for more vehicles) one space is on the drive way and the other is in the garage, please note that the garage parking space is more suited for a smaller-medium car.

• Porta cot & high chair is available on request. Cot linen will not be supplied.

• All linen & bath towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels.
