Inaccurate depiction

The building is very nice and doormen are very pleasant. I rented this space because the pictures depicted a ‘luxury’ apartment , leather sofa and chair, balcony with table and chair, and floor to ceiling windows. I even reached out to VRBO before my arrival to confirm that all the above were accurately described. The response was to ‘revert to the VRBO website and pics’. Upon arrival, the room, linens, dishes, glasses were clean BUT….the room flooring, baseboards, walls, bathroom mirror, bedroom dresser were in serious need of repair or replacement. The balcony door could not be opened for the first 2 weeks of my stay, I reported this to GLS numerous times. They would send maintenance to the apartment and each time (4 separate times) the maintenance man would take about 30 seconds with the door and then declare ‘yes, the door is broken and I’m unable to fix it’. The balcony did not have a table nor chair like the VRBO website depicted and the windows were absolutely caked with grime so the view is obstructed. I was extremely disappointed with my so called ‘luxury’ apartment.
