This property truly lived up to the photographs and description. While it is in a community, most of the property is surrounded by trees so there is plenty of privacy in the backyard. Kathy was an incredible host, checking in and always very responsive to questions. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the entire experience.

Amazing Rental! 5 Stars.

Our stay at Kathy's rental was second to none. The accomodations were clean, comfortable and spacious, and we especially loved the cozy cabin themes throughout the rental. The hot tub and full kitchen were an added bonus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we hope to come back soon!

Perfection

This was the perfect stay in the Poconos. The house is SO clean, beds are comfortable, jacuzzi phenomenal, game room SO much fun, & the place had thoughtful items around like coffee/coffee creamer, condiments, and etc. The host was so kind and responsive, as well. Highly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Let’s first by saying communication with the owner was amazing .she answered every text whenever I reached out to her.The house was perfect ,from the moment I got there I was absolutely amazed by the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of the home.my family enjoyed game room,the back yard,hot tub and most important the home.I will definitely be visiting again.

Mother & Daughters Relaxation Weekend

What a beautiful house! My girls and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend here. The house is cozy, exceptionally clean, and we felt safe. The hot tub is great. The indoor fireplace is easy to use. Close walk to one entrance of a walking trail along the lake. It's a great location and we already highly recommended it to our family and friends!

Beautiful retreat

The home was as beautiful as the pictures show. It is very well taken care of and a super cozy place to relax. The game room was so much fun!! The hot tub was a nice feature as well. I saw deer walking by the front windows everyday. The host was very attentive when it came to any kind of questions. I would definitely stay in this beautiful home again!!!

The lake house is even better in person than the pictures, if that’s possible. It was clean, spacious and stocked with everything you could need (even sand toys for the beach, which my daughter loved). Kathy was an attentive host and answered all of our questions promptly. I got to meet her in person too and she’s so sweet and friendly. We can’t wait to go back!

From precheck in to check out Kathy was wonderful to work with. She communicated everything we needed to know. The property and house was gorgeous and decorated so nice. It even snowed while we were there which only made it more beautiful. We saw deer in the back yard twice. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to relax

We booked a three day getaway for my family of 4. My children are 6 years apart and have almost nothing in common but they both had a blast because this host provides many forms of entertainment for their ages. The property is absolutely gorgeous, well kept, clean and organized. The host provided clear instructions expectations and plenty resources within the property for the renters use such was laundry detergent, towels, coffee and more.

Just what we needed!

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend and we were so happy with this home. It’s immaculate, spacious and has beautiful decor. The wood stove and hot tub were great additions to the cold weather. The home has everything you need which was great for packing light. The host was incredibly responsive, thorough in communication and checked in to make sure our stay was enjoyable and it truly was. We hope to return in the warmer months to enjoy the beautiful wrap around deck. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This property is absolutely beautiful. Myself and two friends wanted a quick getaway for a few days. Kathy made us feel welcome, including a little basket upon our arrival. She was easy to get ahold of, and kept in touch prio to, during and after our stay. We enjoyed our time in the hot tub and was able to see a lot of deer. The wood stove was stocked well and was easy to use with the instructions left for us. We will definitely be booking again!

Tranquility at its Best

From the time we walked in the door you just felt cozy and at home! It was beyond the expectations we had for coming out there. Kathy was an amazing host and picked up anytime we reached out to her. The kitchen was stocked with anything you would need to cook for your family and friends! All we wanted was some snow and we got that. We will be renting again. Thanks again Kathy!!

Excellent!

Don't think about this home twice, such a great, kind host- very responsive and easy to speak to.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is as immaculate as all other reviews have mentioned. We enjoyed the gift basket, with snacks and water. That was very nice. The design around the house puts so much charm. I wish I could have known the person that designed the home personally. Perfect Getaway

I rented this property for a relaxing getaway with my girlfriends and we had the perfect stay! The home itself is absolutely beautiful. It was cleaned and well stocked with everything we could need. The wood burning fireplace and hot tub were easy to use (and clean) and any questions we did have were answered in a very helpful manual. The star of the trip, however, was Kathy! She was so wonderful throughout the whole process. From sending us a detailed email of everything the house had to offer, to responding immediately when we had trouble with the door code and even following up to see how our stay was. We all agreed this is definitely a place we want to visit again!

A Fantastic Choice

I can personally attest to why this property has such high reviews. The owner is extremely thoughtful & considerate of her renters. A welcome basket, clean property, toiletries in each bathroom, extra towels & throws around the home, fully stocked kitchen…you name it, Kathy thought of it. We enjoyed the hot tub & firing up the fireplace was a highlight. The porch area is simply amazing (although it got chilly at night so we couldn’t enjoy it as much). An overall cozy experience for the entire group. Will definitely rent again. Kathy seems to value her customers & shows it in how she presents her property plus in her communication. 5 stars all around.

Clean, Cozy and Fun!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The area is incredibly picturesque, although we regret not having more time to explore it fully. Despite missing out on the lake and the pool, we were impressed by the amenities provided. From the wristbands for community activities to the generous provisions of wine, snacks, s'mores and firewood, every detail was appreciated. The hot tub was a lifesaver for our sore muscles after a day at Jack Frost Big Boulder, and the beautifully decorated interior made us feel right at home. The game room was a hit with the kids; we hardly saw them during our stay! Plus, the abundance of cozy blankets, soft toilet paper, tissues, and other essentials was a pleasant surprise. Having dish soap, sponges, paper towels, and large beach towels provided added convenience. We only wish we could have extended our stay by another day. Highly recommend!

November Break

My family and I just recently stayed here and we had an incredible week. Our host was very accommodating making sure that we got all the required materials to help make check-in a smooth process. When we arrived in the home we noticed the extreme detail and care that had been taken of the property. The home was immaculate and clean. It truly felt like an oasis in the Poconos. Between snacks and waters being left for our arrival as well as materials to help us plan our week We felt prepared and excited to start our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed use of the hot tub and the game room, which we felt were bonus features to the rental allowing our children a space to play in and a nice area for us adults to relax. The treehouse was also another fun feature of the property. While we were prepared to see deer up at the location, We were surprised and excited to notice a Pennsylvania black bear roam right outside the window of the cabin one late evening. What an extraordinary sight! With all the attention to detail, (bath towels hot tub towels, coloring materials and games for the kids, items in the kitchen) our host certainly made our stay extremely enjoyable. Both of my children have asked repeatedly when we will get to go back. We were fortunate to find this host and the property, making our family vacation one for the books!

Everything you need and more!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home has everything you need and more! From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds - all make for an unforgettable stay. The home has something for every age. Toys for the kids, games for everyone, hot tub, tree house and a newly finished game room means everyone has something to do! Or just relax in the spacious living room and enjoy the wood burning stove. Our annual girl’s weekend was a complete success. Thank you for opening your spacious and comfy home!

Our goal was to bike in the Pokonos and have a cozy place to stay after each bike ride. Kathy made our stay in her lovely home welcoming and comfortable.
