Foreshore Beach House offers six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two spacious living areas, ideal for two families or a multigenerational group. Enjoy stunning water and beach views, perfect for beachfront relaxation.
Ground Floor:
Air-conditioned open-plan living areas include a lounge with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room overlooking the water. Dine alfresco on the waterfront patio or watch kids play on the grassy reserve. Two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed with ensuite and two long single beds. A family bathroom serves the non-ensuite bedrooms.
A second air-conditioned living area with smart TV opens to a fully enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor cooking.
First Floor:
Four stylish bedrooms, all with ducted air conditioning, await. The master bedroom boasts bay views, an ensuite, and a balcony.
Two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with water views, while another has two long single zip beds (convertible to a king).
Additional amenities include WiFi, laundry, double semi-enclosed carport with space for two vehicles, plus driveway and street parking. Just a short drive to Nelson Bay and within walking or cycling distance to local shops.
FULLY AIRCONDITIONED EXCEPT FOR DOWNSTAIRS TWO BEDROOMS BUT THESE NOW HAVE HIGH QUALITY CEILING FANS AND HAVE THE AIRCONDITIONING IN THE ADJOINING LIVING AREA.
Please note the fireplace is non operational at this time.

LINEN & BATH TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.
NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
