Foreshore Beach House - Stunning waterfront home

Foreshore Beach House offers six bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two spacious living areas, ideal for two families or a multigenerational group. Enjoy stunning water and beach views, perfect for beachfront relaxation.

The ground floor includes a lounge with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room overlooking the water. Dine alfresco on the waterfront patio or watch kids play on the grassy reserve. Two bedrooms include a queen-sized bed with ensuite and two long single beds. A family bathroom serves the non-ensuite bedrooms.

A second air-conditioned living area with smart TV opens to a fully enclosed courtyard garden with a BBQ, perfect for outdoor cooking.

First Floor: Four stylish bedrooms, all with ducted air conditioning, await. The master bedroom boasts bay views, an ensuite, and a balcony. Two bedrooms offer queen-sized beds with water views, while another has two long single zip beds (convertible to a king).

Additional amenities include WiFi, laundry, double semi-enclosed carport with space for two vehicles, plus driveway and street parking. Just a short drive to Nelson Bay and within walking or cycling distance to local shops.

Fully air-conditioned throughout, with the exception of the two downstairs bedrooms. These rooms are fitted with high-quality ceiling fans and benefit from air conditioning in the adjoining living area.

PLEASE NOTE: The fireplace is non operational.

PROPERTY SUITABLE FOR groups over the age of 25 and or family groups only.

ACCOMMODATES MAXIMUM 10 adults and 2 children, total maximum guest 12.

LINEN & TOWELS ARE SUPPLIED and the beds are made with quality white linen. Doonas and pillows are also supplied.

Additional costs when booking:
Port-a-Cot $50 per booking with towel, linen and baby blanket hire.
Beach/pool towels are $8 per towel hire/ per booking.

BOND - $2000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

CANCELLATIONS - Booking Fee is not refundable ($150). Please refer to terms and conditions for full cancellation policy. Airbnb & Guests please refer to your booking policies.

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise after dark that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond.

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
