We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

With inspiration from taken from the ocean and sky , every room vibes with colour, fun and relaxation. From the waterfall tiled wood heater fire area to the upstairs’ bathroom water effect tiling, you will feel on holiday. The home is beautifully decorated with quirky, beachy treats in every corner.
The home is surrounded by beautiful native gardens, loads of parking and 50 meters to the bird sanctuary behind, oh, and a Bottle-O 200 meters walk plus pizza/coffee vans. Only 5 minute walk to the stunning Surf Beach or you can load. You are in the heart of what the Island is about
Prime location just behind the sand-dunes (home to wallabies) bordering surf beach and home to the summertime short Tailed Shear-Water nesting grounds. You`ll have everything you need and more staying with us.

The Home.
Sauna
Features your very own 3-person InfraRed Sauna, to relax even deeper. Do the Scandinavian thing and jump under a cold rinse off with nearby tap and go in again. Why not? Soooo good for your health and skin. You can go up to 65 degree Celsius if you wish. Soooo cleansing.

Outdoor Decks
A HUGE ground level rear deck and fire pit area to make the most of summer and winter holidays. Complete with day bed, hammock to nod off in and 8-person dining setting and BBQ.
Off the master room upstairs is a private deck and furniture to enjoy a morning cuppa make in the upstairs kitchenette (saving a trip downstairs) and a read. No rush to start your day…
Off the main loungeroom upstairs is a larger deck that has views across to Church Hill Island and is frequently visited by wild birds for a feed of seed! A smaller BBQ is supplied as well to cook up your snacks if you want to stay there.

Ground Floor
Brand new kitchen with all new appliances and bifold kitchen window to let the outside in or serve a morning coffee to the news paper readers catching the early morning sun. Large Acacia dining table and quirky, colourful seating suits 9. Finally a fabulous wood heater in the lounge area provides excellent ambience and heat on cooler days. Wood supplied.
Downstairs bathroom also contains a Euro laundry for longer stays cleverly concealed behind white glass doors.
Bedrooms

Downstairs are uniquely decorated rooms with BIR and new beds. The bunk also has a trundle and a foldaway bed in the room.
Master bedroom shouts Hamptons and is luxurious and gorgeous. Lots of comfy pillow and extra cosy blankets and incredibly peaceful. Partake in the incredible and unique joy of watching the return of the STSW coming to best for the night from the private master private deck. Unique to Surf Beach coastline are the Short-Tailed Shear Water nesting grounds. This is a protected area and Every night around 9 pm from end September to April these burrowing birds return to nest. 50 meters to these rookeries Blue BayViewe’s upstairs master has a private rear deck. You can watch these magnificent birds silently sweeping the sky as they return to their same nest. Fall asleep at night to their soft calls and the sounds of the waves rolling in.
Upstairs

The main living room is windowed on 3 sides providing maximum views to outside… or draw the block out Roman Blinds to change the mood and lighting. A HUGE and comfy couch easily holds 8 and 48” Smart TV provides all the usual Steaming Stations

A study area is set up next to the mini library/reading area.

The kitchenette upstairs is a real winner with Microwave, mini fridge and Toaster/Kettle facilities so you can really relax.
Outdoor Bathroom

Private and located at the rear of the property is the fab outdoor Shower and Claw Foot Bath with Hot and Cold water. Rinse off after the beach or run a hot bath and gaze at the Milky Way on a clear night. Just lovely. Here is where you will find the 3 Boogie Boards and 2 surf boards at your disposal.
Phillip Island has so many attractions. From the unique wildlife, to markets, Many walks, , events, wineries, restaurants and cafes or just hanging on the beach. You will love staying at BlueBayView Surf and Sauna Stay.

Guests will have access to the entire house

Although we won`t be available in person, we are only a message away via the booking platform inbox.

*Although we are `Child Friendly`, this property is not 100% `Child Safe`.
Parents are responsible for supervising and keeping their children safe.

*If you are there during this time, general waste bin goes out every Monday night ready for Tuesday collection. The other 2 bins are collected every 2nd week.

*Pet friendly upon owners approval - There will be a $50 surcharge/stay.
*Guests are required to answer `YES` to pets in the ID Form before pets can be approved.
*Primary Guest will fill out our ID Verification form
*FULLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE SECURITY BOND: $600 will be activated 1 day before your arrival date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your chosen payment method.
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years.
*No Schoolies
*To avoid disappointment, always inform your host if you intend on bringing a pet. Pets are only permitted upon owners approval.
*As this is in a residential area, Quiet hours are from 11pm - 7am
*Please treat this home with respect as if it were your own.
*If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $25 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
*The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer, due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the guest.
*There will be a minimum fine of $200 as a consequence for smoking, partying or bringing in animals.
**Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of BnB Host Management and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.
