We are sorry to hear your feedback, however please let me explain, we have not had roach issues in this home before, all our homes are pest controlled at regular intervals to avoid such common things in Florida due the climatic conditions. Also note, you were already told to add all guest names on the checkin form, which was not received, we did not tell you this last minute. We in fact get rated for best and fast communication by many of our guests, I am sorry that you found the communication through multiple channels and multiple people not very aligned. We have records of all that is communicated to you. Also about the limited amenities, this is mentioned in the House Rules that you get to see before you book and in the rental agreement you signed prior to your arrival, We only supply initial set up of amenities, so we are glad that you wearable to replenish your needs from the nearest Walmart. Yes you are right, taking good care of the rental property is reminded to all our guests, as we have had a lot of incidents that taught us to do this. Anyways, we wish you safe travels and a lovely day.

Thank you for the 4-star rating! We're glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you back again soon. Wonder Vacation Homes
