The home is also close to Erina fair which is fantastic for shopping.

Add to that the close proximity to Sydney and Terrigal is truly amazing for your short city escape or for lazy holidays with the family by the beach.

Getting Around:
To reach the property you have to ideally have a car. From Sydney there is an option for train and then bus. Within Terrigal you can either use your car, though it will be quite easy to get to all main spots and neighborhoods walking or by public bus as there Is a bus stop just steps away.

Studio/Office: Within the property lines there is self-contained studio with separate entrance but attached to the house which will be locked and is not available to guests. No one will be staying there during any bookings.

Garbage: Please place garbage and recycling bins at top of driveway. Garbage collection day is Friday.

Pizza Oven/Fireplace: You will have to bring your own firewood for both. It can easily be purchased at any petrol station near the house.

Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.

Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
