Welcome to our charming island-style apartment! This two-bedroom gem is bright and airy, designed with modern amenities for your comfort. Situated on the ground floor of a secure building, you'll be just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Dover Beach in Barbados.

The apartment features a vibrant open-plan layout with tropical accents. Enjoy the spacious dining area, cozy living room, and a newly remodeled kitchen, all opening onto a covered patio and a small private garden. While the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, the living room has refreshing ceiling fans.

The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, air conditioning, built-in closets, and its own private patio and garden access. The guest bedroom includes a queen-size bed and air conditioning, with a bathroom conveniently located nearby.

Located in the heart of St. Lawrence Gap, you're just minutes from the beach, shopping, and a variety of popular restaurants. Dover Beach offers an array of activities, including surfing, water sports, beach volleyball, and excellent snorkeling. This is the perfect spot for a relaxing island getaway with both privacy and convenience.

Please note that a unit on the same floor as #104 will be undergoing some works between April 8 - 24 and there may be some noise during that time. Those dates have been discounted for this reason.

Loved our stay, everything was clean, water was hot, AC was amazing. We enjoyed the location close to everything...restaurants nightlife but still quiet. Loved it we'll definitely stay here again.

The place was very clean and close to the beach. ( across the street) there was loungers available at the beach at no cost. Walking distance to restaurants as well as some shops and natives selling their goods! The place is the perfect location to everywhere you want to go! I would definitely stay here again. Also there is a convenient store across the street as well as another one a short distance ( walking) up the street.

Great location and accommodations

We stayed here for five nights and it was great. More towards the end of the gap so it was quiet but only steps away from the beach and wonderful restaurants. The process was easy for checkin and check out. Plenty of towels, and accessories in the kitchen. Planning on booking for end of year

Terraces Condo unit #104The Terraces are in a good location at the far south end of St. Lawrence Gap, 5 minute walks to Dover beach and Maxwell beach (via public access shortcut beside Dover Beach hotel) and walking access to the multitude of restaurants in St. Lawrence Gap. The Gap has the best sidewalks I've seen in Barbados, so walking is relatively flat and easy. The Gap is 1.5km long.The condo is very clean, in great condition and functional, with excellent internet, appliances, coffee maker, kettle, well supplied kitchen and very handy washer and dryer.The primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom is very spacious, with a comfortable king bed and lots of closet and drawer space.The queen bedroom is very small, with no functional closet space. The 2nd bathroom has a pedestal sink only and a small shower stall.The private patio is large and surrounded by greenery to keep it private and shaded. It is across a small residential road from the Dover Market convenience store, which is handy but also seems to be a gathering area for some local young people, who at various times of the day and evening meet up to share a few beers etc. Delivery trucks are typically only present at the Market in the mornings.The condo building is well kept, with good security at the entrance. This condo shares no walls with other condos so neighbor noise is very minimal.Good value for money, clean, functional, good location, walkable but not luxury with a beautiful view.

Terrace's accommodations bliss.

Amazing location, bright, clean, safe, and secure. Considering how close the flat is to night life, Terraces is just off the main road enough, we weren't aware of any street noise. We will certainly look for openings in the future.

Enjoyable stay! Great property!

We enjoyed our stay at Terraces 104. Apartment was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. It is located in a quiet and safe area. The Dover supermarket is conveniently located right opposite the property. There are also many great restaurants nearby. The kitchen is well equipped with all the accessories and utensils needed to cook a meal if you so desire. We cooked the majority of our meals at the apartment. We had no problems in contacting a staff member when we had questions. Checking in and out of the apartment was very easy. It felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Barbados.

Casual Comfort

Very comfortable place to enjoy St. LAWRENCE GAP. We especially enjoyed the lovely patio, shady, covered and breezy. The only problem was the noise, constant deliveries at the convenient convenience store. The apartment has ceiiling fans and bedrooms have AC so place was always comfortable. We missed having a pool as ocean was not easily accessed.

Just what we needed

Comfortable and across the street from the beach. At the end of the Gap. We had no problems so we didn’t have to contact the property manager while there. Just as described! We were there so little we didn’t even use the kitchen or turn on the tv, but was nice to know both were there.

The place is neat and well-equipped. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the beach and fabulous restaurants. The Dover supermarket is right across the street. The apartment itself is great for a small family, it has a living area and a private balcony however there is no view as it is on the first floor.

We had a great stay at Terraces 104 - Apt is spacious and well appointed - opposite a supermarket and 5 mins to Dover Beach - bedrooms were lovely and cool with fans and a/c - the guest bedroom was quite small compared to the main bedroom with en suite but perfectly adequate for a family - we were 2 couples so swapped rooms half way through the holiday - kitchen had all you could need including a coffee machine - all in all a very reasonably priced apt - secure entry system and parking space too - wouldn't hesitate to recommend

Home away from home

Check-in was smooth, all the instructions were in the email. The property manager greeted us. Cleaning crew was there but we didn’t need to have the place cleaned (1-week stay, we kept it clean, just like at home). Needed some toilet paper, they provided. Dover beach is a few minutes walk. Dover market is just across the street. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Felt like home but add the beach to it!

St Lawrence Gap vacation

Two couples rented this property. It was everything we were looking for. We were first timers to Barbados and wanted a location that was near beaches and entertainment. St Lawrence Gap worked well for us. Our Vrbo was perfect for us. Right near a convenience store and short cab rides from cheaper grocery stores for the big purchases. Our condo was all we required as far as set up and amenities. Very satisfied with our whole experience.

The apartment unit is amazing. It is situated across the road from a beach as well as next to Dover supermarket which carried everything we needed for a weekend getaway. The apartment is well furnished, modern and just as the pictures shown. The neighborhood is definitely one of the most friendly I've been too as a simple walk along the stretch will expose you to the most welcoming locals willing to help with anything. (Food, taxi services, nice cold drinks on the beach, literally anything). The apartment is also a short 5 mins walk to the main road where buses can be accessed. There are also two car rentals along the stretch (one of which I used and the service was amazing - got a car within 15 minutes). Ultimately the apartment was a brilliant find and the hosts were very welcoming and provided all the necessary details via email before check-in ensuring a smooth process. Definitely will stay here again.

Terraces 104 was Terrific

Our accommodation at Terraces 104 in St. Lawrence Gap was spacious, clean and comfortable, and quiet, great for sharing with a friend, with two deliciously cooled bedrooms and TWO full bathrooms located on opposite ends of the unit, and we couldn't even hear each other unless we moved closer to the middle of the apartment, so wonderfully private. It had a really nice kitchen. We agreed that it was probably the best-equipped accommodation of any place we have ever stayed. No views from our ground floor unit, but it had a lovely private patio for enjoying a coffee and the morning sunshine and lots of space for drying towels and swimsuits.  The complex was situated in a good location in the Gap, across the street from the Dover Market, very close to Dover Beach, and a pleasant walk to all the restaurants. The service from Blue Sky Luxury was top-notch. The staff were attentive to our needs and responded quickly to any questions we had, and they even called a few days after our arrival to ensure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this accommodation.
