Located less than 10 minutes from Kimball Junction, historic Main Street, and the popular Park City Mountain Resort, Black Rock Ridge completely sidesteps the congestion and traffic of these locations, and places you and your family in a quiet, private area with easy access and plenty of available parking. Black Rock Ridge 14494 is a professionally designed home with over 3,000 square feet of living space so even larger groups can spread out, yet still feel comfy, cozy, and right at home too.
In the main level GREAT ROOM, a charming stone fireplace in one corner creates the perfect spot to gather around. The LIVING AREA features a modern leather sofa and inviting armchairs as well as a 65” smart HDTV for watching movies with the whole crew. Glass sliding doors open to allow access to the front patio, complete with outdoor lounge chairs and gorgeous mountain views.
Back inside, a formal DINING AREA has seating for eight people, while the casual peninsula bar leads into the clean, open KITCHEN. Here, pristine white lower cabinets are topped with gleaming quartz countertops, while the upper cabinets are double-stacked to the ceiling. The premier Viking appliance suite includes a gas range with a matching vent hood, a huge refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a mounted microwave.
On the ground floor, there is a PRIVATE BEDROOM with a luxe king-size bed and a full BATHROOM with a tub/shower combo and luxurious, heated floors. Also on this lower level is a SECONDARY LIVING AREA, complete with a sectional sofa and 55” HDTV.
On the main level lies a SECOND BEDROOM with a queen-size bed and also the PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, complete with a sumptuous king-size bed and an ENSUITE FULL BATHROOM with a separate tub and step-in shower. On the top level, there’s a flexible room with a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, each with a twin trundle. This fun room also houses a small living area with a sofa and HDTV, as well as an ensuite FULL BATHROOM.
Black Rock Ridge 14494 is close to some of Park City’s most popular ski runs, and the large GARAGE not only allows easy parking but it’s also outfitted with super-convenient SKI STORAGE and BOOT DRYERS. Then, after a day spent on the slopes, there’s nothing like coming home to the ultra-relaxing, completely private HOT TUB. When it’s time to explore the area and go get a bite to eat, lots of local attractions and delicious dining are only a few short minutes away.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Great Location, clean and modern home, and so much fun!
We all loved our stay, there were plenty of amenities for everyone. The upstairs was perfect for the kids to go to and get away from all the adults. Kitchen is large and dining room table was perfect for meals.

Great property for the whole family
We throughly enjoyed our stay in Kamas. We had the whole family and it felt like home. Beautiful finishing, comfortable beds, great views. Our little ones loved the toys and playroom while the adults had plenty of their own space. Looking forward to our next stay!

Comfortable and Beautiful Views
We needed somewhere dog friendly to stay in Park City while we cooled off from our Arizona heat. This property is in the perfect location, close to everything we needed with a gorgeous view. Plenty of space and beautifully decorated.

Great condo!
We had 6 adults, 2 children and a dog. Plenty of room for everyone. Upstairs loft was perfect for the 2 adults with children. They did say that the interior temperature was very warm in the loft, however. They had to open windows to cool things down each evening. The Moose Management Company was very responsive to our request about restocking more toiletries. The location was very convenient (20 minutes) to Park City ski lifts. We would rent here again.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the interior temperature in the loft. It's worth noting that due to the nature of the building design, the upstairs areas tend to be warmer while the basement levels are cooler. Adjusting the air vents can help direct the heat where it is needed most.

Kamas comfort
We loved the property and moose management was great in its responsiveness. The only issue with the property is the noise of the large gravel trucks from the quarry going back and forth all day. I think winter visitors won’t notice at all as windows are closed more then. But when we tried to keep windows open during the day, the noise was deafening. It’s a shame because the location and home itself are great. This is the only reason this is a 4 rather than 5 star rating.
