Summary:
My traditional Japanese style apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Bedroom 1 : 2x queen and 2x single japanese futon. Bedroom 2 : 6x single Japanese futon. Comfortably accommodate 12adult. All rooms are tatami flooring, comes with basic kitchen. Dining into the kotatsu table is additional experience living like a local. Washing machine with dryer function. ROOM WIFI provided. Separate Bathroom & modern toilet. In a great location perfect for family & group of friends.

The Space:
My apartment is located on the 3rd floor with 2 bedrooms.

Sleeping arrangement :

Bedroom 1 :
2x queen size bed (sleeps 4 adult)
2x Single Japanese Futon ( sleeps 2 adult)

Bedroom 2 :
6x Single Japanese Futon (sleeps 6 adult)

Total : 12 adult can sleeps comfortably

Note: Futons are located inside the bedroom cabinet, it is self service. Just put the cover, lay it flat on the floor and put the blanket on top.

Guest Access:
You are able to access entire unit of my apartment so you do not need to worry to share with any other guests

Surrounded with restaurants, convenience stores and cafes.
20 min by walk to Peace Park
15 min by street car

Getting Around:
Closest station is kanayama-cho(M5) via streetcar（請在kanayama-cho-Station下站並請觀看我的影片. Walking arrived at the building at 4 minutes

Other Things to Note:
Japanese futon is self service. All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover.
In my apartment, offer with air-conditioning which provide heating and cooling air depending on your need.
Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.
