The sofa bed and futon are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.

Entire apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Air-condition provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay.

Getting Around:
The limousine bus from Hiroshima Airport to Hiroshima Station takes about 45 minutes.
It takes about 20 minutes by tram from Hiroshima Station to the nearest station, Tsuchihashi Station.
It is about a 5-minute walk from the nearest station to your room.

There are many paid coin parking lots nearby.
You can use it with confidence even if you come by car.

広島空港から広島駅までのリムジンバスは約45分かかります。
広島駅から最寄り駅の土橋駅までは路面電車で約20分です。
最寄り駅からお部屋までは、徒歩約5分です。

近くに有料コインパーキングがたくさんあります。

Other Things to Note:
The room is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please.

Please throw your garbage in the garbage container at left-hand side of the entrance of this building.

If you need to order a taxi service for your departure day, please let me know earlier so we will have more chance to reserve a taxi for you.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My apartment and the building is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.

It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.
