Pet Policy – Strictly Enforced
This property does not allow pets at any time. Unauthorized pets will result in additional cleaning charges and violation fees.

Minimum Fee: $500

Maximum Fee: Up to the full amount of the security deposit

Notice for Allergy-Sensitive Guests: While guest pets are not permitted, the owners do occasionally bring their own pets when using the cabin. This is not a pet-free home. Please plan accordingly if you have severe allergies.

Smoking Policy
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the home and anywhere on the property, due to elevated fire risk and home preservation.

Minimum Fee: $500

Smoking violations may result in full loss of security deposit

Examples would be: road closures, heavy snow, power outages, etc. Additionally, we put forth our best efforts to make sure things are always in good working condition. Even then, sometimes things break or stop working during a booked stay. (internet, electronics, appliances, etc.) We will always do our best to remedy the situation in a timely manner, however, we do not offer refunds for unexpected mishaps that might occur during your stay.***
