Welcome to our cabin, our family's mountain home away from home, which we love sharing with others. Our townhome has been thoughtfully designed to maximize your comfort and help you soak up the mountain vibes. We hope you find each space inviting, clean and comfortable, whether you're looking to relax in the fresh air, connect with family and friends, watch your favorite shows or even work remotely. Managed by Meyer Family Properties, our goal is to provide an experience that goes far beyond a standard rental and enables you to make lasting memories with the goal that you will be happy to return. From the moment you step inside and see the peeled-log stairway, loft railings and beams in the extended vaulted loft to the second you take your first sip of coffee on the forest-view covered deck, you’ll feel the contentment of escaping to the mountains. Stone Pine Estates backs the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest, which lends itself well to nearby outdoor excursions. We are conveniently located, within a short distance to restaurants and bars and are one of the closest communities to Sunrise Ski Resort.

The Living Spaces:
- The Great Room: In this vaulted space, relax on our plush leather seating in front of the lodgepole mantel and stone decorative fireplace. The open-concept layout ensures the chef is always part of the conversation.
- The Kitchen: A fully equipped culinary space featuring stainless steel appliances and our signature "Bear Bar", the perfect spot for morning breakfast or evening charcuterie.
- The Dining Room: Our expandable dining table can seat from 6-8 guests.
- The Loft: Need to "Work from Forest"? Our upstairs loft features a convenient desk with a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and docking station, game table, bunk beds for the kiddos, a large sectional couch (that extends for lounging) and a large, smart TV and a Blu-ray player. High-speed Wi-Fi ensures your Zoom calls, and video streaming stays crystal clear.

The Bedrooms:
- The Lodge: Conveniently located downstairs, this primary suite includes a lodge pole canopy bed and a private en-suite bathroom.
- Winter: An upstairs en-suite bedroom, with a ski-resort theme (could be considered a second primary suite).
- Summer: Patriotic themed spacious, vaulted upstairs guestroom inspires your next outdoor adventure.
- Loft: Flexible space for guests who want to spread out to do puzzles, play games, enjoy a reclining movie night, or a quiet afternoon nap.

The Experience:
We believe it’s the little things that make a vacation memorable:
- The Coffee Bar with a View: Featuring a selection of k-cups and condiments.
- Gourmet Ready: A propane grill is ready on the patio for the grill master to create the most tender steaks or burgers, and a fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to put your culinary or baking skills on display. Dine outdoors with bistro lights and patio fan to keep you cool during warmer weather.
- Entertainment: Large smart TVs (with Roku devices on each) throughout the home for movie nights after a day on the trails or slopes. Use your own streaming services safely, with the built-in “guest mode” on the Roku devices. There are plenty of puzzles and games for you to enjoy and we even have a toddler play table with books and toys for the little ones.
- Forest Proximity: The Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest backs our community, just step outside and you are minutes from towering ponderosa pines, aspens, trails and fresh mountain air.

Want to walk in to find a fully stocked frig? Celebrating a milestone? Our caretaker, Amber, is here to make it happen. For an additional fee, she offers:
- Pre-arrival grocery and frig stocking
- Custom charcuterie boards and sweet treats
- Floral arrangements and special occasion decor (balloons/anniversary setups)
