The Neighborhood:
The beach-front community of Safety Beach is nestled between Mount Martha and Dromana on Melbourne's beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Safety Beach takes its name from the calm and shallow waters of Dromana Bay, which makes it an ideal spot for children.
There is a small jetty on the coast, while the coastal road of Marina Drive separates housing and commercial areas from the foreshore and the beach. Safety Beach is a particularly scenic spot, with views to the peak of Mount Martha in the north and to Arthurs Seat in the south.

Currently under construction in Safety Beach is the Martha Cove Development Including a 600 berth marina are being built around the large network of man-made inland channels.

The Safety Beach Country Club is a resort-style 18 hole golf course features a restaurant, tennis courts, palm trees and several lakes.

There is a good regular bus service on Point Nepean Hwy which goes up and down this end of the Peninsula on a regular basis. The 788 Frankston to Portsea goes directly past the property on Dromana Parade.
Just a 3 minute walk to the beach and Safety Beach Childrens play ground.
5 minute drive to the Jetty and Rosebud Beach, 5 minutes drive from the Mornington Peninsula Freeway and 2 minutes drive to The Nepean Highway.

Other Things to Note:
This property follows Airbnb's strict no party and loud music policy. Guests will be evicted if they break this policy.
The property has noise-aware alarms which notify the owner and guest if music is unreasonably loud. This property has noise alarms to prevent parties, loud music and there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door for guest and property protection.
