Located in a quiet Cotuit neighborhood, this home is close to the beach and the village, offering the perfect blend of convenience and Cape Cod charm.

Enter the front hallway to a large dining room that accommodates everyone in your party. Off the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar.

Downstairs are two large bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a remodeled bathroom with a large shower and stackable washer/dryer. Upstairs, two more bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower unit. One bedroom has two twin beds, and the other has four twin beds. A sleep sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space.

The living room features a large comfy couch, big TV, and windows that bring in natural light. The bright sunroom is ideal for enjoying meals, playing board games, or relaxing with a cold beverage on warm summer nights.

The backyard includes a patio, enclosed outdoor shower, and a dog pen. Step outside to enjoy the outdoors while your furry friend plays safely.

"Great location for family vacation. Enjoyed grilling and sitting by the campfire every night. Screened in porch was great for dinners. The separate basement apartment was great to have, especially with a dog. We will definitely rent again.

"We chose to stay in this beautiful Cape with our son, daughter-in-law and three year old grandchild. The house was perfect for us and the amenities were all functionning and appreciated. We loved the close proximity to the beach and enjoyed walking there. We cooked at home two nights and ate out two nights. This was the first trip away from home that our grandchild made as a "sleepover"- she was comfortable and very happy. We loved it and will consider making it a family tradition!

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
