This property is centrally located and close to everything Pensacola has to offer. This fully furnish rental is less than 2 miles from downtown and just a short drive to the Pensacola International Airport, Naval Air Station Pensacola, and Pensacola Beach! In-unit laundry, free WiFi, and pet friendly with a fee. We would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter though the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, you will enter a hallway with stairs leading you up to Unit B. Upon entering Unit B, the bedroom will be to your right and the living room and dining room will be straight ahead. In the living room you will find two futons, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV! Through the living room is the fully furnish kitchen with large farm table. We provide all major appliances, cookware, and dinnerware! There is also a charming little patio right off the kitchen with a bistro table and chairs!
The bedroom is spacious and features a king bed. The unit has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Also included in in-unit washer and dryer!

****Please note this is an upstairs unit in a side-by-side duplex. You will have full and private access to your unit. The interior stairway leading to your unit is used for storage. We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
