Spectacular custom built log house for all seasons on a picturesque quiet lake. Perfect for swimming, rock jumping, ice/fishing, kayaking, ice skating. 20 minute drive to Parry Sound and 40 minute drive to Killbear Provincial Park. The Georgian Nordic Centre is 15 minutes from the cottage. It has over 45 kilometres of mountain biking, hiking, ski and snowshoe trails. There are many other provincial parks in the area.

What is included:

WiFi, Bell TV, Amazon Prime, board games, DVD Player.

Towels, beach towels, bath robes, sauna towels, bed linens and pillows are provided. Firewood for the fire pit, sauna and the fireplace is also available to guests. Gas propane bottles for the BBQ and the table with the gas fire pit. There is an automatic generator in a case of power outage, which is rare for this area.

Varieties of coffee, tea, cappuccino.

Fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee Machine.

Enjoy the breathtaking lake views; have a cold drink at the lake bars or have a meal on the upper deck with hummingbirds; relax in the sunroom. In the evenings light a fire; listen to the nature sounds and gaze the stars and the milky way. Relax in the outdoor Finnish sauna and have tea in the room next to it - perfect for winter escapes. You can skate on the lake or play hockey or even try ice fishing. Then you can warm up next to the double sided fireplace.

The Space

The cottage has three bedrooms (king bed master bedroom, king bed room, full bed room), two full bathrooms and one washroom in the two-storey home. Steep wood stairs and a bridge will lead you to a loft with a sun roof window and 3 full beds. Two cozy living rooms with double sided fireplace and a custom-built wood bar. Fully stocked kitchen, 4 Season Sunroom with Panoramic Lake Views, outdoor finish 6-person sauna with a bar and a room for rest and tea. Large upper and lower decks with glass railing with metal panels with animals seen in the area. Propane fire table and barbecue available for guest use. (Please note fire table is stored during the winter and not available for use Nov-Mar). Custom multi level decking creates YOUR OWN WATERFRONT RESORT SETTING! Gorgeous views, Peace & Privacy.

There are 2 kayaks, one kid kayak, a canoe and a floating water mat available for the guests. Do not miss to try the finish sauna with a wood burning stove and have a dip in the lake after or just get a rest in the Tea room.
