- Blackout blinds in the entire property.
- Driveway parking is available.
- Incredible location near local cafes, restaurants and the beach.
- Please keep the noise level to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am for neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
