THE PROPERTY
We've included a floor plan in our pictures, but it's ideally suited for one or two families. The room sizes are generous so everyone can relax.
The downstairs level incorporates two living areas (one for adults to lounge and one for kids to hangout), dining area, kitchen and laundry/powder room.
The upstairs level contains four bedrooms, home office/study and two bathrooms.
GROUND FLOOR
The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need (Fridge/freezer, microwave, Miele oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Soda Stream, pots & pans, toaster etc). There's complimentary pantry essentials including Nespresso Pods, oil, salt, pepper, garbage bags, cling wrap, foil, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets, tea towels and dish rags for use while staying.
Adjoining the kitchen is the main living area with a super comfy modern sofa you can sink into, 65 inch smart TV (with Netflix & Kayo) and an open fire place. Opposite the living area is the rumpus area with another super comfy modern sofa you can sink into and 65 inch smart TV.
At the opposite end of the house is a separate dining area that seats 8 people, ideal for meals on cooler nights.
While doing the laundry is never a favourite chore for anyone on holiday, the laundry includes new LG washing machine (with washing detergent) and new LG dryer.
FIRST FLOOR
All bedrooms have great views over bushland & tree-tops towards Port Philip bay and the city skyline. They also include split cycle AC heating/cooling and built-in robes. All bedrooms have quality beds, pillows and will be made up on your arrival, with fresh, professionally cleaned linen including towels and pool towels.

Bathroom 1: Ensuite off the main bedroom including shower, vanity and toilet. Bathroom 2: Bathroom includes shower, separate bath, vanity and separate toilet.
Bathroom amenities are also provided including hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper and hairdryer.
The study area includes a desk, chair and monitor for any work or study needing to be done.
PET FRIENDLY
We are a pet friendly home (we are dog lovers) and have a doggy-door installed at the property to allow for easy inside/outside access. The property is well fenced to provide a secure outdoor enclosed area as well. Whilst we don't charge extra fees for pets we ask our guests to avoid the potential for pets to damage the property (please keep pets off couches and pick up any malted hair etc).

There is parking on the property for one car and plenty of on-street parking at the front of the property.
Normal check out time is 10am, and check in 3pm. If we can, we'll always try to accommodate if these times don't suit.

Fantastic Family Home and Stay
Thanks Chris and family for having us. Fantastic family home with a great pool and outdoor entertaining area. Perfect house for us to celebrate Christmas. Chris went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even the Kookaburras on a morning made us feel welcome 😀

We are a husband and wife team based on the Mornington Peninsula. We love where we live and enjoy spending time exploring everything we can on the Peninsula including the winery regions, coastal walks and stunning beaches.
With twin 12 year-old girls we know how important it is to make the most of quality family holiday time and we work hard to be able to enjoy these times together.
We love to travel, be it enjoying beach destinations or heading up to the snow. We also love down-time and can think of nothing better than at the end of a busy day watching a movie with a glass of red in hand.
