Primary Bedroom:

King bed, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and direct access to the patio.



Second Bedroom:

LIVING ROOM



The spacious living room offers comfortable seating for your group, a Smart TV with cable and access to the patio. Log into your own Netflix account for movie night or relax together after a day exploring Branson.



KITCHEN & DINING



The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances, cookware and essentials needed for your stay. You’ll also have both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig, plus a full-size refrigerator with plenty of room for vacation groceries.



The dining table seats 6 and provides a great spot for meals, conversation or family game night.



PARKING & ACCESS



Please note that parking is located beside the condo building rather than directly in front of the unit. A sidewalk leads from the parking area to the condo entrance.



There are no stairs to enter Lily’s Place, and the entire condo is located on one level.

STAY & PLAY GOLF



We have partnered with Pointe Royale Golf Resort to offer our guests a special Stay & Play rate.



The guest rate is $60 per person for one round of 18 holes with a cart, compared with the regular rate of $109.99.



This rate is available to guests included in your reservation throughout your stay.



Guests must call the golf course to reserve a tee time. Online reservations cannot be used for the Stay & Play rate.



You will also need an email confirmation from us verifying your reservation, so please let us know if you plan to take advantage of the Stay & Play offer.



LOCATION



Lily’s Place is conveniently located near many of Branson’s most popular attractions while giving you access to everything Pointe Royale has to offer.



Approximate drive times:



• 4 miles / 9 minutes to the Branson Strip

• 2 miles / 9 minutes to Fall Creek Marina — a great option for boat rentals on Lake Taneycomo

• 5 miles / 12 minutes to State Park Marina — a great option for boat rentals on Table Rock Lake

• 8 miles / 15 minutes to Silver Dollar City

• 8 miles / 19 minutes to Branson Landing



On-site at Pointe Royale you’ll find swimming, tennis, pickleball, basketball, fishing, playgrounds, a bar and grill, dog park and golf. Golf requires additional fees through the golf shop.



IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE — HOUSE RULES



• Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

• A rental agreement and driver’s license are required after booking.

• No smoking.

• No pets.

• No parties.



CHECKOUT PROCEDURES



We ask that the following checkout procedures be completed before departure. These are standard for the area and are not included as part of the cleaning fee.



• Set the heat to 60 degrees or the A/C to 75 degrees. During the summer months of June through August, please leave the A/C running at 70 degrees.

• Remove garbage bags from the kitchen and bathrooms. All trash should be collected and taken to one of the blue dumpsters.

• Place soiled dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher.

• Make sure all windows, doors and sliding doors are closed and locked.

• Optional: If you have time, please start one load of towels in the washing machine. Our cleaning crew will transfer them to the dryer. This is greatly appreciated and helps our cleaners prepare the condo for the next guest.

• Leave the white amenity cards on the counter. Lost or unreturned amenity cards are charged at $20 per card to replace.

• Please return all remotes to their designated rooms.

• Take one final look around for personal belongings such as cell phone chargers and other items before leaving.
