This unit includes a beautiful living and dining area, well stocked kitchen (with both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker), laundry room and WIFI. Bed sizes include 1 King with a twin convertible ottoman in the primary bedroom, 1 queen in the second bedroom, 1 queen in bedroom 3 and 2 singles in bedroom 4 to accommodate your family of up to ten. As an added perk, the owner provides a personal luggage cart to be used during guest's stay - it is stored in the condo's laundry room and must be returned upon departure or a $200 charge will be incurred.
Please note that guests must supply sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Gateway Grand requires a minimum rental of 7 days and rents Saturday to Saturday only in season. Garage clearance is 7 feet.
