Luxurious brand new 1 bedroom studio accommodation offering the perfect blend of privacy & comfort. Located in a quiet area only a 2 minute drive to Margaret River town. Come unwind, relax and take a walk to the river, visit the local cafe's, restaurants & wineries or explore the beautiful beaches and forests of Australia's South West.

The space:
A beautiful, light filled, modern and thoughtfully designed cottage. The open plan layout has the kitchenette, dining and living in one with a separate bedroom which leads to the private bathroom.

The living space contains a quality leather lounge (2.5 seater + single), smart TV, solid Marri dining table and kitchenette.

The bedroom has a comfy king size bed, bedside tables with drawer, quality linens and full length mirror. There is built in storage including dresser, drawers and full hanging.

Enjoy the huge and luxurious bathroom with a large shower and mirrored vanity with lighting and plenty of storage. At the opposite end of the bathroom is the laundry with front loader washing machine and another sink. Here you will find the iron, ironing board & washing powder.

* Cooking *
Due to our local shire regulations, we are not able to supply full cooking facilities and cooking is limited. You will have use of a microwave, Smeg toaster, toasted sandwich press and electric frypan. The kitchenette also includes quality appliances including a full sized fridge/freezer, Nespresso pod coffee machine, Smeg kettle and dishwasher.

Sit and enjoy local wine at sunset on your own deck and enjoy the serenity of this quiet neighbourhood while still being close to the cafe's and restaurants that Margaret River has to offer.

Guest access:
Guests of the cottage have separate, off street parking and their own private entrance.

The cottage is attached to the main residence of our property but has no shared spaces or shared internal doors.

There is a key safe at the front door for convenient 24 hour self check in.

We live on the property and will be available to help with anything you need.

Other things to note:
Due to the nature of where we live, our waste water is dealt with on the property so wipes and sanitary products are not able to be flushed down the toilet. Please use the hygienic bags supplied & dispose of them in the rubbish bins provided.
