It’s located on Kingsley Drive, very close to Sandy Gully Beach, one of the popular holiday destinations in Aireys Inlet. It’s set in a perfect location for you to enjoy the beach as well as relax in calm bushland surroundings.

To complement the walls, it also has pitched ceilings with wooden beams, giving a feeling of space and light. The living room is a perfect mix of chic and vintage aesthetic pieces. It has deep couches with cushions and furnishings that give a warm vibe, perfect for unwinding. It also has Wi-Fi and a flat-screen smart TV for recreation. The living room opens on two sides to the wrap-around verandah, perfect for a sunny breakfast, watching the kids play on the lawn, or just enjoying the calm, cool breeze.

The beds in each of the 3 bedrooms in the main house are inviting and comfortable for you to lie down and drift off to sleep. The white walls and wooden floors contribute to the room's light and stylish appearance. The rustic, white-wall theme continues in the kitchen. The wooden countertops and cabinets have a clean and charming appeal. The breakfast bar is perfect for when the kids just want a small, simple breakfast or you're gathering for a glass of wine in the evening. The house also has a lovely vintage wooden dining set that would be ideal for a feast for the entire family. Older kids and teenagers will love the studio with its loft double bed, and extra lounge for games or movie nights. You can enjoy even more activities in the back garden as you can organise a BBQ, rest on the day bed, and play games with your pets on the fenced lawn.

You can enjoy cliff top walks to the must-see Split Point Lighthouse just 1.3 kilometres away or Sunnymede Beach 1.4km from the house. The friendly General Store has plenty of gourmet food and wine and is a 10 minute walk away.
