The Space:
Keys are to be collected and returned to the KeyNest location (400 meters/6 minute walk from the property address) during the following hours:

Mon - Tues 08:30 - 23:45
Wed - Thurs: 08:30 - 12:00am
Fri - Sat: 08:30 - 12:15am
Sun: 08:30 - 23:45

If you cannot collect during these opening hours, please only book the property if you have contacted us to arrange an alternative. If you need to return the keys off before opening hours, there is a drop box.

A spacious, open plan style floor plan with luxury finishes features a modern colour scheme, quality timber floors in the main areas and soft-touch carpets throughout the one bedroom.

The well-thought-out kitchen includes wine glasses, cutlery and crockery for a comfortable dinner if you choose to cook at home. In addition, the space provides maximum bench space, including a premium dishwasher, gas-lit stove and built-in microwave.

The modern, spacious main bathroom awakes luxury feels with a large shower, vanity and storage. Open-planned living area with downlights features air conditioning throughout the house, a large smart television, a dining table set for four, and a comfortable couch adjacent to the television.

Additional shared features include a shared common area and a cinema on level 9. Additionally, an immaculate heated infinity pool with a sauna and gym on level 40 is available for guests during their stay.

As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, including linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost.

**There is no parking available at this property. Paid parking is available at Crown Casino parking which is over the road from this apartment.**

Most restaurants in the area are handily cited on the pedestrian-friendly waterfront promenade, either inside Crown Casino or Southgate shopping centre.

Getting Around:
Route 58 Tram to the CBD via City Road/Kings Way - Stop 116 Kings Way, 84m.
Route 12 Tram to the CBD via City Road/Clarendon - Stop 126 Clarendon Street, 180m.

Nearby train stations are Southern Cross Station (1.3km) and Flinders Street (1.3km).

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
