The Space:
Keys are to be collected and returned to the KeyNest location (400 meters/6 minute walk from the property address) during the following hours:

Mon - Thu : 08:30 - 23:00
Fri - Sat : 08:30 - 00:00
Sun : 08:30 - 23:00

If you cannot collect or return the keys during these opening hours, please only book the property if you have contacted us to arrange an alternative.

A large walk-in shower, vanity, and mirror with storage are featured in the modern bathroom. Towels and consumables are provided for your convenience.

The open-plan living area, illuminated by sleek downlights, boasts air conditioning, a large smart television, a dining table set for four, and a plush couch conveniently positioned near the TV. Adjacent to the living space, you'll find the meticulously designed kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, spacious fridge, and all the essentials for preparing delightful meals.

Step onto the balcony for additional seating and the perfect spot to lounge and enjoy the city from above.

Additional shared amenities include a communal common area and a cinema on level 9, while guests can indulge in the luxury of an immaculate heated infinity pool, sauna, and gym located on level 40 during their stay.

As our valued guest, you’ll enjoy full access to the entire residence, including linens, towels, and complimentary consumable amenities, all provided at no additional cost.

**Security Deposits**

We place a temporary AUD 500 authorisation hold on your credit or debit card from two days prior to check-in. This is not a charge; it simply ensures funds are available if needed. The hold is released within 3-7 days of check-out, provided the property is in good condition. A small bank processing fee (typically around AUD 2) may apply. Banks require us to renew the authorisation hold weekly. Security deposits may vary for more extensive listings. Please check the specific listing details for any variations.

**Damage Waiver (Optional)**
For some bookings, you may have the option of a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. This is a smaller percentage of the security deposit amount. You can choose either the security deposit or the damage waiver during the booking process, depending on availability. The damage waiver covers limited accidental damage to the property or its contents, such as broken dishes or minor spills. The damage waiver does not cover intentional damage, theft, or loss of property.
