The living room has comfortable leather furniture with plenty of room for your whole group to lounge and features a huge 50' smart TV connected with tons of free TV shows and movies plus you can connect to your favorite services as well.
The kitchen is the hub of the home. The space is lit by tons of natural light that floods in from the front of the home as well as the adjacent lanai. In the kitchen, in addition to the major appliances, you'll find all of the cooking essentials to prepare and enjoy a simple or gourmet meal after a day basking in the sun or adventuring.
The private back heated pool and lanai is likely where you'll want to dine and spend most of your time. Have an afternoon cocktail on the lanai while watching sports or chatting with your loved ones before transitioning to dinner alfresco. The backyard has been beautifully landscaped and is surrounded by a privacy fence.
The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with comfortable sleeping arrangements for six guests. Born and raised in Danbury Connecticut, Paul and his wife have decided to spend their winters in beautiful Venice, Florida. He started with a condo and then upgraded to a house. He then decided to rent out the condo. Since Paul comes from a business background, it wasn’t long before he realized he had a knack for being successful a vacation rental property manager. Soon one condo became two and two became three. Paul is now adding houses to his portfolio to allow for other accommodations such as pets. All of which are all in close proximity. He is now a permanent Florida resident only 15 minutes from the properties.
