Our three bedroom duplex in Logan Square is tastefully decorated and ideally
located for traveling families or groups who want to experience everything
Chicago has to offer! We're a quick walk to the Logan Square blue line station
and close to some of the best restaurants and bars in the city. One garage
spot is available during your stay. I provide all the essentials to make your
stay easy and comfortable. Toilet paper, soaps, shampoos, towels, linens and
even coffee and tea!
Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need
additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
Guests between the ages of 18-24 are permitted to book on an exception basis
only. In your inquiry please provide your age, reason for booking and who will
be staying with you.
Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups
looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are
expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.
Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full
duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people
in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique
circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else
but do not intend to stay yourself.
Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. One garage parking
spot is available during your stay; please park far enough to one side to
leave room for another vehicle. There may be some street parking available
nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on
the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use
a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead
of time around the city.
**House Rules:**
Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following
rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a
refund.
1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.
2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.
3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.
4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.
5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.
6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.
7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.
Additional Policies:
* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.
* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.
* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

A corporate owner and little presence of a “local” host. Expect the basics no extras here even when it comes to towels. Two people two towels….Furnishings, other than the mattress, were of poor quality and showed wear.

Needs improvements
Attention needs to be given to metal hanging edge over deck and rotting deck boards. It was the day of entry and many communications with red awning to find out another company was in charge of entry and to finally find entry procedures on old spam or something. Felt impersonal and caused anxiety. Minimal tableware and utensils and glasses and mugs considering number of adults—-6.

Good Space/Location - A Few Concerns
This Logan Square rental was spacious, comfortable and in a great location. Clean and well decorated, with some furniture that is a bit more tired. We had a few issues/concerns that were reported to the rental company. The toilet and sink in one of the bathrooms had some problems that will hopefully be resolved. The railing going down to the basement was very loose and needed to be secured. Also, some attention needs to be paid to the remotes. Out of 7 remotes, 2 were working, a few needed new batteries and the rest didn't have batteries at all. Some of our concerns were addressed immediately when contacting the rental company. Hopefully time was taken to go in and resolve the rest before the arrival of new renters.

Wedding weekend
We had a lovely time here- great location!Grateful for the A/C and parking garage!! Kitchen is stocked well - only a replacement bulb over stove needed. Rooms are good size -would be helpful if the one near kitchen had the area rug moved or corner cut off as door interferes with opening/closing. Mattresses could stand replacing, unless you like them soft. All in all it served our needs- easy walk to Stan Mansion for weddings/ events. Thank you!

Home was a disgrace
We arrived to find a property that was so badly maintained and dirty I desperately tried to leave for the 2 weeks we were there, but the property managers were non responsive and dismissive. We booked for 2 weeks for a family of 5 and were left 6 towels total, and they refused to bring more towels even, which was our least issue.
The property was filthy, the vents caked in dust and muck and half the house items were falling apart. All the locks on the house had been broken before and reset in a way they were very hard to use, the front door so tough my wife couldn’t lock it.
Never felt safe there, and even less safe about my two children playing on the dirty floors and carpet.

Prefection in Logan Square
Great property! It was the perfect place to gather the family and celebrate birthdays The back deck is a highlight in good weather. The unit is as it is described - no surprises. Kitchen - well supplied. We'll be returning when the family gathers in Chicago.
