Very comfortable and cosy for our 1 night before travelling Great Ocean Road. Good shower, comfy beds, everything we needed. Lots of fun playing chess 😃

Great stay close to town

Great accomodation, close enough to town but also on the way to coastal locations. Host has put in some very thoughtful touchs such as automatic hallway lighting (to see where you're going during the night), filtered water on tap, chargers for all phones types in the bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and generally, accomodation that feels like a home. Interactions with the host were non-intrusive and felt like we were interacting with a caring host compared to a sterile hotel.

The property has everything you could possibly need! Very comfortable and spacious, reccomend. The owner even left us some fresh zucchini from the vegie garden!

Must stay

We really loved this place. It was very clean and modern and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, only a 5 minute drive from the town. Kate was a pleasure to deal with also. She made the experience very easy and even when we had to change dates, she was very kind and understanding. Highly recommend this place

Perfect house in Geelong

Thanks Kate. The house was perfect it had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean. Awesome outdoor area. Great location. Kate was fantastic with communication and responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Festival of Sails weekend

We stayed at this property for the duration of Geelong’s festival of sails where my husband and son competed. The house was fabulously presented and immaculately clean. All amenities had been thought of. Well equipped home, amazing connectivity, charging stations and wifi enabling a work from home day. Fabulous outdoor area for evening relaxing. We won’t hesitate to book this home again next year!

Great place to stay near Geelong

Right from the beginning the communication with the host Kath was excellent and this contributed throughout the stay, not overwhelming but letting you know she was always there to help, her attention to detail was second to none, if you could think of something you needed Kath had already thought of it and made it available. The property was spotlessly clean inside and out, the description and the photos in the advert where exactly what you got.we would not hesitate in recommending this property.we stayed here for three weeks while visiting family and will certainly book again on our next visit. Outstanding property

After finding out the Rod Stewart concert was cancelled we were pretty disappointed but the accommodation certainly helped. The home was absolutely spotless and so well presented. The attention to detail is second to none. The hospitality shown by the owner was really appreciated getting to take home some produce from the garden. We will be back again.

Stunning place, good location.

Immaculate condition, a well equipped place. It is quiet around the area, having shopping centre quite near by and close to central Geelong- we love it as a family with preschoolers, having a car. This can be a bit of personal preference, so I gave 5 out of 5. I haven’t seen any neighbours lol. Great communication. Great facilities great utensils. various ranges of cooking appliances. Lovely garden(edible). Thanks for having us- a definite place to return to when we visit next.

This is a great accomodation, so clean, quiet and confortable. We felt at home strait away. The place has everything we needed, the kitchen has plenty of cookware in good condition, the owner really put an effort to make the place homely and confortable, with nice details like the night lights in the corridor. I wish more private accomodations would be like this. It’s great for long time stay. We also appreciated the central heating in winter.
