Great location and awesome views of the ocean. The pool, hot tub and grounds were very clean and well maintained. The condo was great for our party of 5 Adult's and we enjoyed our 5night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! There are charcoal grills available in the courtyard by the pool which we did not use, but it was a nice option. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The rooms are all nice and the furniture is comfortable. We used the recommended golf cart rental and it did fit the garage despite the alarm going off at the garage entry. We went very carefully in the first time and it clears everything easily. I do recommend the carts for being fun to get around in and easy to park. The parking made these the best option for us. We had the fortune to be here during a full moon and views off the patio over the ocean were spectacular! There was also a full moon bike parade on Duval st. Which we happened to see too. Great vacation overall, I’d definitely stay here again if we came to the keys again.

Hi Barbara, Thank you for taking the time to share your review. The balcony restoration being completed by the association should be finished by May, and we’re confident the unit will once again offer the spectacular view our guests enjoy. We sincerely apologize that you were unable to experience this during your stay. Unfortunately, the delay and schedule change were communicated to us by the condo association and were outside of our control. Because of this inconvenience, the owner did offer either a cancellation with a full refund or a 50% compensation for the stay. Given these efforts to accommodate the situation, we do feel that a two-star review may not fully reflect the overall experience or the steps taken to resolve the issue. Nonetheless, we truly appreciate your feedback and hope you might consider visiting again once the balcony work is completed so you can fully enjoy the property.

As the name says, spectacular views. Perfect for our needs, 4 adults and 1 child. Pool area is excellent with hot tub. Pretty walkway to the pool through lush tropical plants. There were a few glitches, non working elevator at our end of the building and running toilet. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy time together while also having plenty of room to spread out. We had two couples and two teenagers, and the three-bedroom layout was perfect for our group.The enormous wraparound balcony was one of our favorite features—everyone had an incredible ocean view, and it was the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, watch the boats, and relax after a day of exploring Key West.Being on the top-floor penthouse, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to prepare the fresh fish we caught during our charter with Boa Vida.We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend Tom's Oceanfront Penthouse to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and relaxing oceanfront getaway in Key West!

This unit is likely the best in the complex. The view cannot be beat. I spent many heavenly hours enjoying the breeze and watching osprey, ibis, and egrets from the balcony. It is super spacious and has every amenity I can imagine, even for families with very young children. The property management was very gracious about allowing us to stay in the unit well past checkout time as our flight didn't leave until late afternoon. The pool was just the right temperature and very clean. There were plentiful chairs and umbrellas, and even a resident cat that lives in the lush courtyard. We simply did not want to leave.
