Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 4/Lounge can form part of a self contained unit - if you wish to separate teenagers or grandparents etc !

Kitchen with all modern appliances including Bench with 4 stools, microwave and Nespresso Pod Coffee Machine.

Living has couches, large Smart Tv, Dvd player and Sound Bar, Split System and opens to balcony with Bay Views, large Bbq, Outdoor Dining and ceiling heating in undercover sections.

Being close to the beach, guests can enjoy use of 2 kayaks and 1 Sup board - there are even wheels for transporting across road.

House has outdoor umbrella. outdoor shower, wifi and off street parking for 4 cars.
