- This 2-story home offers step-free entry. While it offers 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen on the 1st floor, additional interior stairs are required to access the other bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas on the 2nd and 3rd floors
- There is another bookable vacation rental within this community. Please inquire prior to booking if you’d like to reserve both properties
- Street parking is prohibited at this property. There is no parking garage available for this property. Overflow parking is available with a pass from the security gate
- The private pool gets weekly maintenance; you may see the pool maintenance worker during your stay
- The private pool is seasonal and open from April-November
- The golf cart requires a signed waiver for guest use. Refunds will not be issued if the golf cart is under maintenance
- Your safety matters. This property features 7 exterior security cameras: 2 cameras are Ring doorbell devices located on the upper and lower entrance facing out, 2 cameras are located on the garage facing the front driveway, 1 camera is located on the upper deck facing the back property line, and 2 cameras are on the lower level facing the pool access. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected
