The Space:
Located in one of the most desirable beach neighborhoods in the main town of Cowes, this elegant - yet family friendly - home features 2 levels of expertly styled modern living space perfect for your Phillip Island Holiday! Appease any appetite in the richly stocked kitchen featuring high-end stainless-steel appliances, a gas range, bar seating and a butlerâs pantry with second sink.
Meals can be served either inside or alfresco with a dining area leading to a fantastic outdoor veranda with another dining table adjacent to the kitchen.
Also part of this social space is a living room highlighted by a beautiful north facing wall of windows and sliding doors that offers stunning views of the bay.
And there is a second, casual living room with large TV and cozy furnishings downstairs that is a perfect spot for hanging out with family and friends. Four bedrooms are spaced across the homeâs 2 levels, each impeccably styled and furnished. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, huge WIR, ensuite bath, and gorgeous views of the bay. The additional 3 bedrooms have options for everyone with 2 queen bedrooms plus an adorable bunkroom with a single-over-single bunk + single-over-double bunk. The homeâs sophisticated design even carries through to the 2 full bathrooms that feature classic stone, glass, and wood finishes. A neat garage rumpus room is right in the middle of the action with a pool table and other fun games ready to entertain no matter the weather. Step outside for even more options to unwind in the propertyâs impressive backyard.
Fine tune your golf game on the putting green (clubs provided), relax with a nice drink and conversation in the firepit enclave, or simply rock your cares away on the shady verandaâs bench swing.
