Located in the quiet enclave of Hastings, Acreage Farm Stay is a beautiful grand house, with 3 Bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms surrounded by 90 acres of peaceful country scenery with views in all directions. Perfect for your next large group family holiday, milestone celebration or wedding accommodation, this home will accommodate up to 8 guests extremely comfortably and is furnished in an elegant country style. This home is exquisite and so beautifully designed, you’ll never want to leave.

THE SPACE
Acreage Farm Stay House features large light-filled open-plan dining and living areas with a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, gas stove and Nespresso coffee machine with views out to the pool. The kitchen and dining areas open out to a large covered outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting so you can enjoy the best of the outdoors both day and night with a glass Mornington Peninsulas finest vino in hand. This is a property to be enjoyed all year round with evaporative heating and cooling in the living and sleeping areas and full linen and towels provided.

The homestead is beautifully designed, and you’ll be in awe as you drive down the tree-lined boulevard, taking in the landscape of both lakes and swans, the perfectly manicured gardens and the farm animals in their natural country environment.

Only minutes to the area's glorious wonders, with access to World Class Golf Courses, national parks, amazing beaches, award-winning wineries and only a short drive to many of Victoria's best restaurants and cafes.

The home boasts a separate study and also an additional sitting area to relax and enjoy this home away from home, so sink back and relax in the comfy sofas and catch your favourite movie.

With the fully equipped kitchen and dual burners on the outdoor BBQ - you can cook like a professional and show off your inner MasterChef! The high-quality Miele appliances can have you cooking up a feast for the family as you’ll have access to a full stunning kitchen, butler pantry, not 1 but 2 ovens, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine.

For the warmer months, lounge beside the sparkling in-ground outside pool and take in the views of the manicured lawns, dams, fruit orchards and animals (cows and sheep) while you enjoy the true Australian outback. This large yard is pet-friendly which means your best four-legged friend doesn’t have to miss out on all that Acreage Farm Stay has to offer!

We provide plenty of linen and towels for your use, so your holiday begins when you arrive. It is truly a gorgeous space in an ideal location! An experience you’ll never forget.

You will think you could be in a tropical location when you relax with a solar heated swimming pool (Note - the temperature of pool cannot be guaranteed - it is subject to the amount of sunlight).

Nestled amidst picturesque farmlands teeming with vibrant wildlife and greenery, this home offers is surrounded by nature's beauty. Please be aware that you may encounter traces of dust, fallen leaves, and other natural elements around the property's exterior. Additionally, the farms boast a dedicated gardener who may tend to the lawns and gardens during your stay.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at the home with recommendations on what to do in the area, this gives dining options and local attraction suggestions. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. If you need any advice, we are happy to assist.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

There is a dam on the property so children will need supervision. There are also live animals (sheep and alpacas) fenced on the property.

Pets are welcome but must remain outside and be cleaned up during the stay. There are animals on the farm and these may roam around at times (sheep/cows).

The house has security cameras and are these located by the front door.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. We can be contacted via the booking platform anytime during your stay and we will send you our office number if you need us urgently. We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable. Thank you.

Peaceful modern country property
Large modern house with pool that we were lucky enough with weather to enjoy. Middle age couples chatting, BBQ and drinks enjoying company. Went for walks and into town for lunch and breakfast.

Very private, spacious & luxurious whilst remaining very close to the Hastings township. Pretty much nothing but good things to say. Very highly recommended. We did have a minor issue with hot water to the master suite but property management were very quick to get someone out to resolve it. The only suggestion I would make is that it could be better stocked with wine glasses (very limited supply) & have a better selection of cooking pans (some of which wouldn't work on the induction stove top). It would be good to provide some laundry detergent as well (we couldn't find any).
