This Suite is located on the parade route for all parades in the City of Gatlinburg. You can enjoy the parade from your balcony!

Free ticket is available to several venues in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Visit our website and click on “FREE FUN PASS” and check out the activities for your enjoyment.

If you need additional space, this can be rented with our Studio next door to accommodate an additional couple!

Please note this property is located in Downtown Gatlinburg and there are minimal dog walking areas. Pet fee is $60 per pet.

There is a large dog crate provided. Dogs are required to be in crate when left alone in the unit.
