We had a lovely stay in Aguada. Host was very responsive to issues. The caretaker/handyman, Felix, is a gem, so capable and friendly. Would stay again.

Perfect stay!

Property was in the perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Short drive from Aguadilla and Rincon. Lots of bakeries and other food available in the area. Apartment was well equipped with all the necessities-- beach towels, chairs, and a cooler. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Very pleasant stay

Villa Espinar is a beautiful place where my daughter and I spent 4 relaxing days and 3 nights. Rut was amazing when we contacted her and whatever we needed was done in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend this Vrbo for all the good qualities it has.

Villa Espinar

We had a wonderful stay, place was very clean, had plenty of amenities , felt very comfortable. However Pool was a big disappointment, it was dirty and not maintained.

Nice Place in central location

Perfect location for going to west and north side. It was nice to be in a newly updated place. The only downfall was that the beach isn't something that is useable/walkable. You can enjoy the ocean view but need to travel to see the rest of the island's beauty.

Everything about our stay was amazing Amazing You have an amazing location and a charming town and a beautiful property. The only thing I would add is a washer and dryer. We hope to be back soon and highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay.

This place is outstanding!

This place is great! Location and the property it self are awesome. I would highly recommend this property to anyone I know. I would rate this place 9 out of 10, the only reason why, is because it does not have a washer and dryer. If it had a washer and dryer it would be a perfect 10. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Beach View

This is a spacious two bedroom, one bathroom condo that looks out at the water with only a vacant (at least for now) lot in between. Access to the beach is a short walk. This is not the best beach in the area but it is secluded and only seems to be used by people staying nearby. It was ideal for us as we mostly sat by the water in the provided beach chairs and relaxed.

Amazing!

We stayed 3 nights Villa Playa Espinar and will definitely be back! The place was lovely, in a beautiful location and very clean. The staff was very helpful and attentive. It was one of the most convenient areas for us as we love to go to Isabella and Rincon areas. I’m already anxious to come back, but will be staying longer than 3 nights!!! And thank to Felix for his restaurant recommendations.

Awesome place

This place is pretty great! Pics are accurate and depict the place well. Did not have any issue and would totally go back again. The only thing we missed while there was a washer and dryer. They actually provide chairs, an umbrella and a cooler that were super great to have!

Perfect spot to relax or call home base for adventures

Wow- this property exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well stocked with vacation starter necessities, fantastic pool/patio and easy to use/cold AC in the bedrooms. The balcony was a perfect view of the table top surf break, and all the surf spots we were interested in were an easy 20-30min drive. We also went to El Yunque while we were here (3.5 hour drive) and it was so nice to come home and have a relaxing hot shower and be able to prepare dinner at home. 10/10!!

The place was very modern, bright and clean with lovely views. Some other reviews mentioned disappointment for no washer and dryer. I was not bothered by this, but would have liked an oven.

Wonderful Getaway

The unit was exactly as pictured. We loved the decor and really enjoyed both the spacious kitchen and bathroom. The beds and pillows were both very comfortable. The pool was very clean and there was a good supply of chairs and umbrellas. Rut, the property manager was very quick to respond to emails and texts to address any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommended!
