When you enter the home, you are greeted with a warm and cozy feeling. The from porch has two wicker chairs, perfect for sipping some lemonade and watching the world pass. The home offers an open living and dining area, equipped with a round table for six and bar seating for two. Guests will enjoy their favorite shows on the 60” wall-mounted smart tv with cable. Guests can spend our and relax on the two large sofas and chairs, or get some work done at the built-in desk workstation. The living room also has a wall-controlled ceiling fan for added comfort. The cozy kitchen comes fully stocked and offers an open view of the dining area, perfect for serving a family dinner!

Guests looking to enjoy the warm Florida weather will love the large back patio with a heated pool and spillover spa. Relax in the outdoor living area with plenty of seating, or soak up the sun in the lounge chairs. Guests can enjoy a coffee or breakfast at the small breakfast table that seats two. The patio also includes a small yard space for the little ones.

The downstairs front master king is the only bedroom located on the first floor. With upgraded vinyl floors, this beachside vibed room with plenty of natural light is sure to be a hit with anyone. This room has an extra chair for sitting, a 42” smart tv, and a ceiling fan for comfort. The master bathroom has a double vanity and shower.

Guests also have a half bathroom, located off the hallway behind the kitchen.

The beachside escape continues upstairs where guests will find the other three bedrooms. A wine fridge and wine setup greet guests at the top of the stairs. The front bedroom features two full-size beds and a flat screen tv with cable. There is a ceiling fan for added comfort. This room also has access to a private balcony with seating.

Sharing a jack and Jill bathroom is the back bedroom with a custom built bunk beds that has six twin beds. This room features an extra chair and ottoman and a flat-screen tv with cable. The shared bathroom has a double vanity and a separate water closet with a tub/shower combo.

The parents will retreat to the back king master, where they will enjoy plenty of space, extra seating, and a 60” wall-mounted smart tv with cable. This room has a ceiling fan as well. The master bathroom features a large corner tub and glass shower, as well as his and her vanity.

An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
